We have a beautiful candlelit meditation room for our classes, with a blend of meditation essential oils burning to help us relax into our practice.

We offer 1:1 guided meditation and we will soon be doing group sessions of up to 6 people.

1:1 guided meditation done via zoom is also available on request. We also have some recorded to drop box that you can purchase from our online shop that you can listen too anywhere, as many times as you would like.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is the habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts.

The popularity of meditation is increasing as more people discover its many health benefits.

You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Many people think of it as a way to reduce stress and develop concentration.
