A relaxing body treatment using Dermalogica massage oils, ideal for any muscular aches or pains & remove unwanted knots and tension, pressure can be varied to suit the individual.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage, where we use heated smooth stones. The stones warm up the muscles allowing us to get deeper into the muscle tissue quicker to relieve muscular aches and pains. The heat from the stones also increases relaxation.

Reflexology

This is a relaxing treatment for both body & mind.

Reflexology works by stimulating the reflex points in the feet which helps clear any blockages within the body’s meridians which will help re-balance the body. An ideal treatment for reducing stress & ideal for improving poor sleep patterns.

We can swap the normal foot massage with reflexology, while doing the full pedicure.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is an Ayurvedic massage with essential oils. Essential oils have great health benifits and will help balance your emotions creating a healthier wellbeing.

Traditionally this is a light massage allowing the essential oils to the work, but we are happy to adjust the pressure to which ever pressure you prefer.

Crystal Healing

This is a powerful cleansing treatment, we place the crystals on the Chakra’s and do any crystal nets required. We also combine this will a little bit of meditation to help you relax into the treatment.
